Board Member
Vimal is a Commercial and Succession Lawyer with McCarthy Durie Lawyers in Cleveland. He lived in the Redlands for twelve years until “empty nest syndrome” made him move out of the area.
He has a Juris Doctor (Honours) degree and was previously a pharmacist and a pharmacy owner in New Zealand and Brisbane. He also has a Masters degree in Business Administration.
Vimal works in the following areas:
- Loan and security agreements
- Retirement village agreements
- Wills and testamentary trusts
- Estate Planning, Enduring Powers of Attorney and Advance Health Directives.
