ZUMBA GOLD - Meets every Monday 4.30pm to 5.15pm & Saturday 8.00am to 9.00am
Love a bit of dancing combined with exercise. Join us and have fun at same time

WALKING GROUP - Meets every Tuesday & Thursday - 7am 
Join our Walking group to enjoy the serenity of the Redlands. Starting and ending point is Donald Simpson Centre. You can choose your own pace and distance up to 5kms. 

STRETCH & TONE EXERCISE - Meets every Tuesday & Thursday 9.30am to 10.30am
Increase your fitness, strength, balance, and flexibility for a better quality of life. 

TAI CHI (For Functional Movement) - Meets Wednesday 12.30pm to 1.30pm
This program helps to relax and strengthen the body and mind, help to relieve stress and much more. 

TAI CHI (For Beginners) - Meets Thursday 6.30pm to 7.30pm 
This program include gentle Tai Chi, Chi Kung (deep breathing) and gentle exercises to help promote a complete health and wellbeing lifestyle program. 

PILATES - Meets every Tuesday 5.30pm to 6.30pm, & Friday 10am to 12noon
Helps improve your balance, muscle conditioning etc. 

Join the Feldenkrais Awareness through movement. Various health benefits through this program. Please call the centre to find out the next scheduled class.
