Qi-Gong
Commencing from 1st of Feb, and every Wednesday thereafter 12.30pm to 1.30pm
A form of gentle exercise to assist with flexibility, strength, and balance whilst harmonising body, mind and spirit.
Chair Yoga Dance
Meets every Monday 2.30pm to 3.30pm
Chair Yoga Dance offers simple, easy and fun movements that are done sitting on a chair or standing on the ground while using the chair for support. It is beneficial for people of all ages and abilities. The classes combine gentle yoga postures to improve your flexibility, concentration, balance and strength, with choreographed movements to enhance your memory and increase your positivity.
Yoga
Meets every Wednesday 8.30am to 10.00am
Come and join us to learn and experience the art of Yoga.
Walking Group
Meets every Tuesday & Thursday – 7.30am
Join our Walking group to enjoy the serenity of the Redlands. Starting and ending point is Donald Simpson Centre. You can choose your own pace and distance up to 5kms.
Pilates
Meets every Tuesday 5.30pm to 6.30pm
& Friday 8.30am to 9.30am
Helps improve your balance, muscle conditioning, strengthening core muscles etc.
